Solutions / Align Product Strategy
Decide What to Build, Then Build It
You have product capacity, AI tools, and capital. What you do not have is a coherent answer to what to build next, why it matters, and what changes as a result. CPOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs come to us when the roadmap has stopped being a plan and started being a list, when discovery cycles are closing the window, and when the strategy work has been decoupled from the team that has to ship it. We bring the intent layer, the architecture-aware decision-making, and the change management that turns a strategy into something your team can actually run.

How we do strategy
The strategy work that ships looks different from the strategy work that does not. Three things separate them, and we organize the engagement around all three.
Strategy that survives the build
Pure-deck strategy collapses on contact with code. We do the architecture decisions, story mapping, and domain decomposition alongside the strategy work, so the roadmap is shaped by what is actually buildable. The strategy ships with the system, not in a binder beside it.
Discovery without the closed window
Discover-in-Q1, build-in-Q2 is how the window closes. We run discovery in days, not months: JTBD interviews, North Star workshops, a week-long product vision canvas. Then we shape the backlog from working signal, not from retrospective interviews.
Change management baked in
Strategy without adoption is a planning exercise. We install the frameworks (story maps, domain decomposition, a capability matrix for the team) into how your people work, so the team that has to ship the strategy can hold the intent after we leave.
From plan to production
Most strategy work dies in the gap between the deck and the team that has to ship it. The deck looks great in the boardroom; the team gets it and the things it asks for don't match the architecture, the team's capacity, or the user signal coming in from production. Three months later the roadmap has been quietly revised inside engineering, the North Star has drifted, and nobody is sure what was decided and what was discussed.
We work the seam between the decision and the build. The architecture reality is loaded into the conversation early, discovery runs in days alongside the team that will ship the result, and the frameworks (story maps, domain decomposition, capability matrix) get installed in your team so the strategy survives after we leave.
