How we ship new products
Most greenfield builds break in one of two ways: too much discovery and the window closes, or too little architecture and the v2 turns into a rewrite. We work the seam between them. Velocity from agentic delivery, discipline from engineers who have shipped this before.
Ship the v1 that survives v2
MVP is a discipline, not a license to cut corners on the things that get expensive later. We protect the parts of the system you cannot rewrite cheaply (data model, auth, core domain logic) and stay ruthless about everything else. Your first release earns its keep with users, and your second release is a feature push, not a rebuild.
Discovery without delay
We compress the work of finding product-market fit into the build itself. Working software in front of real users is a faster signal than a deck. Our designers and engineers run discovery in days, not months, and shape the backlog from what users actually do once they have the thing in their hands.
Architecture you don't outgrow
Speed and durability are not a tradeoff when the foundation is right. We start with a stack we know holds up at scale (Next.js, TypeScript, modern data and auth, observability from day one) and a delivery harness that lets a small team move like a big one. The system grows with the product instead of pushing back against it.
From prototype to production
Plenty of new products start their life in v0, Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor. That is a real win: the founder gets a working surface, the team gets alignment, and the prototype outpaces a roadmap doc by a country mile. Then the product gets traction, the integrations multiply, and the architectural-integrity wall shows up. The UI still works. The system underneath it does not hold the weight you want to put on it.
We take the prototype seriously. The thinking that shaped it, the flows the founder validated, the tone of the UI. Then we ship it as a real production system: a data model that survives the next ten features, an auth and permissions story that holds up to your first enterprise customer, a deployment story that does not break at 2am, and an agentic delivery practice your team can keep building on after we hand off.
