Build hyper-hybrid applications with Tamagui — with Ken Easson
In this session, we guided attendees through setting up a successful enterprise-grade application. We demonstrated how architectural decisions and time-tested best practices significantly influence complexity and performance. Tamagui has great potential to become the jQuery of Hyper Hybrid apps. However, it needs improvements such as introducing breaking changes and developing resilient code. Each developer must adapt to evolving libraries and frameworks to ensure ongoing success as their apps grow and scale.
Workshop: From React to Headless Pro with Next.js and Sanity
In this hands-on workshop, we explored how Next.js, a React-based framework, can be used to build a static website with server-side rendering and dynamic routing. Attendees learned how to use Sanity as a headless CMS to manage website content, create custom page templates with Next.js, use APIs to integrate with the CMS, and deploy to production with Vercel. By the end of this workshop, participants had a solid understanding of how Next.js and Sanity.io can be used together to create a high-performance, scalable, and flexible website.
