Diversity is a fact, while inclusion is a human act. At Rangle, this is our mindset as we continue to enable and promote D&I (diversity and inclusion) at our office in Toronto and now in Tokyo, Atlanta, and Amsterdam too.
Diversity and inclusion are top of mind for tech companies these days and it's about time. As an industry, we have failed to provide opportunities and empowerment for all people. We can't let our past mistakes dictate our future.
Diversity and inclusion have long been at the forefront of Rangle's mission and culture. We do our best to reflect this in our day to day practices. While it's not a perfect science, we believe it's important to keep working towards an environment where everyone feels confident and welcome.
