Agentic Product Engineering#

For Nike, we built a generative AI shopping assistant in 21 days. The system uses RAG architecture with embeddings and LLM summarization to classify and tag over 6,300 SKUs automatically, enabling personalized product recommendations at scale. We deployed on Vercel with Next.js, using Rangle's Airbender framework to give non-developers monitoring and control over AI behavior.

For a leading home-renovation marketplace (name withheld at client request), we built an AI-powered matchmaking system in three weeks. The system uses LLM embeddings and vector spaces to automate contractor-to-project matching, with human-in-the-loop governance through Airbender to ensure quality at scale.

For MoveBuddy, we conducted Jobs-to-be-Done interviews on both sides of a moving-services marketplace, designed a managed marketplace model, and built a targeted MVP. The platform achieved a 12% conversion rate in its first 30 days — product-market fit in months, not years.
