Who We Are
Rangle is an agentic development consultancy headquartered in Toronto. We build production-grade software with teams of experienced onshore engineers and AI agents, delivering in weeks what traditional teams deliver in months.
We've spent 13 years shipping for some of the world's largest companies: Nike, Google, Sanofi, Staples, UNIQLO, The North Face, Kenvue, and dozens of others. That experience taught us how enterprise software actually gets built: the governance, the integration complexity, and the organizational friction that slows everything down.
When agentic development emerged, we didn't bolt it onto our existing practice. We restructured around it. Our engineers work with AI agents as core team members, not assistants. The result is a delivery model that's faster, more consistent, and more affordable than traditional consulting, without sacrificing the architectural judgment that enterprise work demands.

How We Work
We meet clients where they are. For organizations ready for agentic delivery, our teams are small by design, typically 1-4 experienced engineers per engagement, supported by AI agents that handle implementation volume while humans focus on architecture, quality, and judgment. For organizations that need broader capacity or are earlier in their agentic journey, we embed larger cross-functional teams that bring the same engineering depth at a scale that matches the work.
What's consistent across both models: every engagement starts by building something real. We deliver functional proofs of concept in 2-5 days and production applications in 4-8 weeks.
