As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical) at Rangle, you will be part of a small and mighty team to help scale our teams across offices in Toronto, Atlanta and Amsterdam. In addition, we have grown our disciplines and have created teams around Machine Learning, UI Architecture, Digital Strategy and much more (this speaks volumes about where we are going!). We are looking for someone that has experience in leading the end to end recruitment cycle for technical hiring (JavaScript Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Directors,  Product Management, Quality Assurance, and more). As a team, we have an all hands on deck approach which means that we are not afraid to jump in wherever there is a need to help Rangle continue its growth! Reporting into the Director, Talent and working closely with Rangle’s senior leadership team, we are looking for someone that possesses a passion for all things recruitment, including creative ways to source and attract talent, delivering a memorable candidate experience , evolving our employer brand globally and internal initiatives to enhance our culture! 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end to end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles in Rangle’s technical and delivery teams

  • Adopt a consultative approach with hiring managers and relevant leadership to develop a regular cadence of timely feedback, market knowledge and anything else to help promote a successful hire 

  • Ownership for the candidate pipeline for your open requisitions, including building and maintaining relationships for long term hiring

  • Organize and attend internal/externally hosted events to help grow Rangle’s employer brand with the support of the Talent and Marketing team

  • Contribute to creative approaches to enhance our recruitment processes and develop our reach in untapped candidate markets

  • Constantly upgrading your skills and developing your knowledge of industry trends and anything else that could help elevate your expertise!

What You’ll Bring:

  • Approximately 4+ years of recruitment experience in the tech/consulting industry - a blend of agency and internal recruitment experience would be an asset

  • Proven success in filling diverse roles , including but not limited to Solutions Architects,  Software Developers (Angular and React), Product Management, Scrum Master, Quality Assurance, Business Development and more! 

  • Experience in end to end hiring from sourcing to closing an offer, working closely with the hiring manager and relevant leads associated with the role

  • Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build a robust pipeline and fill specialized roles

  • A sense of urgency in your approach as we are a company that moves fast plus candidate experience is a priority for us, always! 

  • Solution oriented problem solver and a strong sense of resiliency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are extremely important 

  • A learner mentality and a can-do attitude, we’re a fast moving team and want someone that is open-minded and has a desire to succeed!
