In the role of Senior Product Manager you’ll work with our clients to lead as a bridge between business, technology and design to create and deliver a product vision to customers and partners.

Our clients range from visionary startups who need to launch quickly and confidently, to large enterprises looking for a better way to strategize and deliver innovative products. This is a hands-on end to end lead role from idea conceptualization to delivery. It includes clearly articulating and providing a strong value proposition and the know-how to bring an idea to life.  In this role you’ll have the opportunity to bring your product leadership to a team that is redefining what it means to design and develop products using Lean and Agile principles in a seamless way. Your goal will be to partner with clients to solve their problems effectively through a mixture of strategy, research, design, development and training.

Responsibilities

  • Discover, Define and prioritize key target segments, understanding market needs, client marketing, and working with clients groups to refine product strategy

  • Lead Product delivery and definition - use superior domain knowledge, defined metrics and analytics, and product data to direct the future of the product with the client that ensures the best product/market fit

  • Co-lead business cases through research, analysis, and quantifying opportunities for new markets, new product features, and new product ideasLead preparation and presentation of pitch decks and new sales opportunities to prospective clients

  • Owned the successful development of product roadmaps, working with the scrum team as the product owner, launching a product and leading all required post-launch activities

  • Kick-off client initiatives with a product POV, and structuring what Day of 1 delivery looks like

  • Partner with client Product Owner to help define and write user stories, prioritizing work, setting expectations, epic and sprint planning

  • Work with client to effectively consult and manage backlog and broker compromise where required

  • Mentoring product team members and coaching delivery teams to gain product success

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years experience as a Product Manager leading cross functional teams with previous consulting or leadership positions at startups

  • Thought leadership from strategic innovation with a deep understanding of industry trends and problems

  • Presented to senior stakeholders and/or large audiences for product pitches and demos.  

  • Past experiences in speaking at conferences would be strong assets

  • Strong proven communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

  • Quick to build and grow exceptional client confidence throughout engagement from idea conceptualization to delivery

  • Positively rally a team and external stakeholders around your vision and strategy. Win as a team

  • Owned the development of highly successful product roadmaps, story mapping and product launches

  • Grit and heart to overcome challenges and a conviction to push forward

  • Asset: Previous consulting or leadership positions at startups

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet and work with clients around the world
