As a Senior Digital Strategist at Rangle, you will be predominantly wearing two hats; Management Consulting and Digital Strategy. Acting as a senior consulting leader, you will drive transformation change through organizational readiness and innovative digital solutions focusing on:
Management Consulting: As a thought leader and change agent, you will utilize informed approaches to solve complex business problems. You will prepare our clients to become digital-first organizations, modernizing business processes while shaping consumer and employee experiences alike. As part of that journey, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing solutions into a roadmap with well defined outcomes.
Digital Strategy: You are passionate about technology and familiar with delivering digital-first solutions. You can create a comprehensive digital presence for our clients with solutions that span across multiple channels and stakeholders. You are seen as a visionary, able to predict disruptions in industries and changing user needs. As a trusted advisor, our clients can lean on you for expertise in many areas including digital commerce, loyalty, web and mobile spaces, collaboration tools and other platforms.
Common to both, you will craft compelling presentations to visualize problems and the solutions to them, delivered with passion and expertise. You are driven to understand client goals while maintaining empathy to all stakeholders as part of the solution. This role will lead front-line discovery and solutioning to both potential and existing clients. You will be required to work with cross-functional teams as a part of the pre-sales process and also with our delivery teams as part of a project.
Run discovery with clients on high-level digital needs and solution options
Be instrumental in solution ideation
Pitch ideation, coordination, and delivery
Construct/oversee the solution narrative and proposal that is appropriate for the opportunity and client.
Create strong differentiation and excitement in the client around Rangle's partnership and solution options
Create a desire for further engagement
Trust building via bringing insights and strategies to clients
Provide governance of solution strategy, appropriately collaborating with senior leadership when necessary
Extract learnings from clients and industries and making it part of Rangle's competency and knowledge
Establish the ideal partnership operating model to maximize the value Rangle can bring to the clients business objectives
Establish the right strategic north star/mission with the client to align teams and enable the partnership operating model
Lead and/or mentor other Digital Strategists as required
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
5 - 10 plus years of digital strategy consulting
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Strong understanding of Lean/Agile practices, design thinking, product development, digital transformation and innovation
Rapidly able to understand and anticipate our clients domain and problem space and provide high-level value to the client (real-time)
Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills
High tolerance for ambiguity with a creative, expansive thinking mindset
