We are looking for a passionate Digital Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Data Science practice. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients making data-driven decisions, uncovering insights on their products and customers and developing their analytical capabilities. This role is focused on designing robust and accurate digital measurement strategies, working collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to implement them and delivering accurate and insightful analysis to clients on the performance of their digital experience. The role is also responsible for improving our capabilities around identifying and defining digital data needs, data management strategies, reporting capabilities, and creating case studies to showcase Rangle’s capabilities to existing clients and support business development.
Working within a client-facing team, lead the development of measurement methodologies and strategies for client’s digital experiences, and provide clients with actionable insights, analysis and deliverables (ie reports or dashboards)
Establish naming conventions, taxonomies and tagging structures for digital properties, encoded URL structure and event tagging across multiple channels including email, website, PPC, and DRM
Collaborate with technical and development team members to implement website tracking strategies that are needed to understand consumer behaviour, product performance and support an analytics plan
Act as subject matter expert of web reporting capabilities, evaluating existing digital analytic approaches and making recommendations to improve process improvements, taxonomy, technology and policies to ensure alignment with analytical objectives
Lead workshops, seminars and learning sessions for internal team members to share best practices, teach new technical skills and help create an environment of data-driven decision making
Stay abreast of web analytics trends and best practices
Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the digital analytics industry
Several years of proven working experience in the field of data analytics and measurement
Strong knowledge of and experience using web/product analytics platforms (ie Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mode) and tag management (ie Google Tag Manager).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience defining website analytics tracking requirements and working collaborative to implement them
Understanding basic website design and developmentUnderstanding of search, SEO and SEM as a critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behavior
