The Agile Quality Analyst is the liaison between the client and the team when it comes to the quality processes. This role represents and champions the client’s quality concerns and queries to the team. 


You will not only work with like-minded professionals in the pursuit of a quality custom solution, but also interface with our clients from around the world.  The right person will be a consultative, have a strong technical quality background and can proposed plans that are understood and have business impact.

What you bring

  • To be the key resource in the implementation of quality and all testing processes

  • Actively participate in software requirements definition, providing feedback, and identifying areas of risk

  • Help teams assess their ability to adapt and recommend ways to improve Quality

  • Own all quality related pre-kickoff and kickoff activities such as:  Develop Quality Strategy, Facilitating Quality Canvas

  • If needed facilitate Quality related workshops externally as well as internally

  • Collaborate, advise and instruct the client team, developers, scrum masters and product managers on core quality and testing practices

  • Strong vision on how to optimize manual vs automation tests

  • Carry out quality metrics reports and data collection to understand the quality health of the project and update the client and executive team

  • Establish a consistent feedback loop to the delivery team to initiate any quality related changes as required

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and learn from success and failure

Skills Needed

  • Senior level experience with Quality and Testing experience and concepts.

  • Demonstrated experience with working in controlled and regulated environments

  • Advanced communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of the organization

  • Knowledgeable and ability to teach/mentor in the use of quality improvement methods and tools, including relevant theoretical frameworks and principles

  • Natural sense of curiosity and a desire for exploration

  • A self-starter with a deep desire for personal and professional learning and growth

  • Asset: A technical background, and professional experience working for a technology or consulting company

  • Asset: Understanding of automated tests architecture

  • Asset: ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and ISO 14971
