In the role of a Receptionist, the successful candidate will be focused on ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day operation of the office. They will be expected to meet and greet clients, answer our phone line and other administrative, office maintenance tasks. This person will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors and their presence will be influential on their experience of Rangle and are a crucial part to our organizational work flow. Exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provide administrative assistance to the COO and other executives.
Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidential information and exercise independent judgment
At least 1 year experience is preferred.
DETAILS ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Pleasantly greet each visitor and inform the appropriate department or individual of visitor’s arrival
Carefully monitor all pedestrian traffic through reception and acknowledge all persons for security purposes
Answer general phone inquiries and redirect inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
Prepare reports, memos, and documents
Track and manage office expenses
Mentor and oversee part time support staff
Prepare and send outgoing mail, and courier parcels
Responsible for meeting bookings and ensuring that boardrooms are clean and ready for any scheduled meetings
Manage and order food for meetings and Friday Lunch & Learns when requested
Assist staff by answering any office/ administrative questions, for instance where to request equipment, access, etc..
Ensuring the tidiness and availability of equipment in the boardrooms
Provide administrative assistance as required to the COO and other executives.
Provides support to the Office Manager and covers when on vacation, or away
