In the role of Product Manager you’ll work with our clients to act as a bridge between business, technology, and design to create a vision of the product and help deliver the vision to customers and partners.

Our clients range from visionary startups who need to launch quickly and confidently, to large enterprises looking for better way to strategize and deliver innovative products. This is a hands-on end to end role from idea conceptualization to delivery. It includes clearly articulating and proving a strong value proposition and the know-how to bring an idea to life.  In this role you’ll have the opportunity to join a team that is redefining what it means to ideate, design, and develop products using Lean and Agile principles in a seamless way. Your goal will be to help clients to solve their problems effectively through a mixture of strategy, research, design, development and training.


  • Define and prioritize key target segments, understanding market needs, client marketing, and working with clients groups to refine product strategy

  • Product definition - use domain knowledge, defined metrics and analytics, and product data to direct the future of the product with the client that ensures the best product/market fit

  • Development of business cases through research, analysis, and quantifying opportunities for new markets, new product features, and new product ideas

  • Product Delivery - Partner with client Product Owner to help create the product roadmap, story map, sprint plans, prioritize the product backlog and write user stories

  • Experienced in successfully in developing products while working with the scrum team as the product owner, launching a product and leading all required post-launch activities

  • Kick-off client initiatives with a product POV, and structuring what Day of 1 delivery looks like

  • Preparation and presentation of pitch decks and new sales opportunities to prospective and existing clients

  • Work with client to effectively consult and manage product and project prioritizes and broker compromise where required


  • 3 - 5 Years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner leading cross functional teams

  • Thought leadership from strategic innovation with a deep understanding of industry trends and problems

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong client relationship management and presentation skills

  • Ability to consult and partner with clients in making the best product decisions

  • Ability to instill client confidence throughout engagement from idea conceptualization to delivery

  • Ability to positively rally a team and external stakeholders around your vision and strategy. Win as a team

  • Grit and heart to overcome challenges and a conviction to push forward

  • Experience building out product roadmaps, story mapping and product launches

  • Asset: Knowledge of a Project Management Software (Pivotal Tracker, Confluence, JIRA, Trello)

  • Asset: Certified LeSS Practitioner and/or SAFe Certified

  • Asset: Previous consulting or leadership positions at startups

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet and work with clients around the world
