This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will be working with our small but mighty marketing team and cross functionally with all areas of the company.


You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or Statistics or relevant and directly relatable work experience in the field.


You come from the IT/Tech world, ideally B2B Enterprise, and have solid experience in lead generation, vertical content development, campaign development, CRM, and lead nurturing tactics.

You have experience and can speak confidently to results in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects, growing pipelines to meet growth targets, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, developing integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns for lead generation activities including email (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) and supporting sponsorships and events.


You have experience with email best practices and tools/platforms.


You have a passion for monitoring and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results and love working with business development to generate pipeline. You’re recognized for your ability to influence others, working with cross-functional teams and have success in executing programs that drive demand, MQLs, and return on our marketing investments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Lead generation: 5 years (Preferred)Pardot/Marketo: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Demand generation or growth marketing: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Enterprise marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Experience working with marketing analytics platforms: 3-4 years (Preferred)

  • Proficient with list management, Salesforce, SEO, Social Media in B2B settings

  • Successful experience in campaign or vertical specific content generation

  • Successful experience in generating growth, defined as quality MQLs that convert into opportunities in Enterprise B2B settings

  • Successful experience in campaign development including market research, identifying target segments and monitoring to identify new opportunities (opportunity analysis), campaign measurement and reporting

  • Experience in using paid advertising channels to leverage campaigns

  • Experience managing multi-touch attribution models

  • Previous experience working closely with sales teams and a strong understanding of the technology sales cycle and strategies to nurture leads

  • Excellent project management skills and experience/ability to manage/run multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve

  • A strong team player comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - product marketing, business development (sales), executives

Your Impact

  • Support the creation of qualified leads through all digital marketing efforts

  • Drive the generation of qualified candidates through digital marketing efforts

  • Support, drive and implement tactics to drive awareness and qualified leads

  • Create, monitor and report metrics and dashboards to fully measure and identify OKRs

  • Create customer and candidate journeys to identify opportunities for influence and decision making and lead nurturing towards an MQL

  • Develop and implement a rigorous testing cycle including dashboards to track results

  • Look for ways to continuously improving on our digital content, brand and user experience

  • Develop and implement campaigns focused on thought leadership, problem solving and trending topics

  • Support development and leveraging of webinars, whitepapers, video, podcasts and social campaigns to drive interest and convert to MQLs

  • Create prospect and candidate calls to action which are immediately ready to be qualified by Business Development / HR
