Position details

Delivery Coordinators at Rangle are primarily responsible for tracking and coordinating Rangle's Delivery initiatives. Reporting in-to and working with the Director of Lean Agile Methods & Practices, they primarily support the VP of Delivery; the Coordinator is proactive in improving the experience of team members on the Rangle side and client side, ensuring that they are set up for success. The successful Coordinator identifies and implement process improvements that make the program more efficient while tracking departmental initiatives, following up with leadership, monitoring risks and removing blockers.

Your Role and Impact

  • Act as first point of contact for team members to ask questions about processes and procedures relating to Delivery

  • Work with Delivery leadership in implementing processes to enhance the team and account ecosystem 

  • Facilitate weekly delivery leadership, project review meetings and summarize meeting notes for distribution

  • Coordinate action items from meetings and ensure they are assigned

  • Support team in travel-related logistics; experience at the border, flight delays, etc.;

  • Book travel and related scheduling; Keep departmental calendar up-to-date

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training and offboarding, including developing supporting materials and processes

  • Communicate expectations and coordinate new hire onboarding travel schedule with Operations and Account teams

  • Coordinate logistics for global new hires and transfer with Operations and People

  • Support Program Director in first-pass program reporting and client reporting across all engagements

  • Provide assistance to the Program Director in delivery-related responsibilities across engagements on the program

  • Support the Program Director with billing and reconciliation; Attend and facilitate internal sprint ceremonies and general meetings

  • Escalate risks and ensure visibility across the team; Monitor team health and efficiency

  • Book travel and related scheduling, including support for team in travel-related logistics; experience at the border, flight delays, etc.;

  • Plan and coordinate department activities as required, keep departmental calendar up to date

Background/Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the technology space, experience working in the software development life cycle 

  • Previous experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, building out decks around status and process change 

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, including preparing client-facing documents such as proposals, action plans, program roadmaps

  • Experience working with scrum teams and facilitating agile ceremonies

  • Project coordination experience is an asset in this role

  • Possesses high standard of professionalism and business ethics 

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written 

  • Experience working with Google Drive
