We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our growing Analytics and Data Science practice. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients making data-driven decisions, uncovering insights on their products and customers and developing their analytical capabilities.
This role is focused on delivering program measurement and generating actionable insights for our clients by working collaboratively with client teams. The role is also responsible for improving our capabilities around data management and collection, real-time dashboards, and creating case studies to showcase Rangle’s capabilities to existing clients and support business development.
What You'll Do
Work with client-facing team members to translate high-level client needs and direction into measurement strategies, actionable insights, analysis and deliverables (ie reports or dashboards).
Collaborate with technical and development team members to implement databases, website tracking and/or other data collection systems that are needed to understand consumer behaviour, product performance and support an analytics plan.
Perform impactful analysis against large datasets using a variety of data analysis, extraction and visualization tools to report and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Understand and connect large volumes of data and analyze the different data sets to find patterns, trends, and insights to address client business challenges, support report development and evaluate performance.
Monitor the health of data used in analysis by reviewing reports and establishing performance indicators, and lead efforts to diagnose and correct issues as they are identified.
Identify opportunities to create process improvements or automate reporting processes by working with data management teams to develop and maintain self-serve dashboards.
Work with internal management to prioritize business and information needs
What Skills You'll Need to Succeed
Several years of proven working experience in the field of data analytics and measurement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of and experience using web/product analytics platforms (ie Google Analytics), data visualization tools (ie Tableau) and statistical packages for analyzing datasets (ie Python).
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics OR equivalent experience.
A passion and curiosity for driving better business decisions through insight, data and analytics.
