The Manager, Agile Quality develops teams and individuals at Rangle so that they can implement the Agile Quality Practice operating model and capabilities while balancing strategic vision and tactical needs. The Manager reports to the Director, Quality, and not only oversees the AQAs, but also provides support for the Account team. They use Agile Quality standards to inspire the Delivery team and work as an effective, practical partner with cross-functional teams and clients.
The Manager, Agile Quality supports their Business Development colleagues during the pitch stage, and aligns both the client and Rangle on quality strategy. They are essential for building initial relationships, assessing quality gaps, and identifying everything needed from launch to production

What You'll Do
Drive and promote the quality lifecycle from business development/proposal through delivery and act as a custodian of the Agile Quality knowledge area at Rangle
Provide delivery quality strategy (e.g., Release Quality Strategy) consulting across the enterprise or regulatory accounts, utilizing quality processes and practices to deliver direct value to the client
Establish quality metrics, meet with clients during the engagement, and support the account team by providing quality status for program review
Lead quality delivery and make the final quality recommendation to account team
Contribute to the Rangle Agile Quality Service Catalogue a menu of people, processes, and technologies that can be applied, innovated and sold to meet client needs
Coach, mentor and assess Agile Quality Practitioners (i.e., AQAs, et al.) as their reporting manager and develop clear plans and support systems to foster career growth
Support the Director of Quality on Agile Quality-focused delivery initiatives as needed
Support account teams on Agile Quality engagements with consulting cycles on the process as needed
What You Bring
5+ of experience in Lean-Agile environment
2+ years of leadership experience, including leading direct reports
Experience in leading Quality and Agile engagements
Understanding of the Quality team function as a part of the end-to-end delivery pipeline
Understands delivery from kick-off to market launch, with experience leading teams through the pipeline
Consulting experience with an outstanding talent for interacting with Product Owners and C-level client executives
Outstanding knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies
Shown accountability to external and internal partners
Able to clearly articulate vision and purpose, and ensure goals are well-defined for the team
